Quarmby Construction commissioned BDA to carry out detailed design for the refurbishment of the historic building and courtyard. The external façade was completely re-clad, and a new glazed entrance constructed to the north elevation, with various internal alterations, and a new secondary entrance to the south. BDA successfully completed the project in 2010 and discharged various planning conditions for lead consultant Farrell & Clark.
