	Project: Shirley Manor, Bradford Client: Bradford Metropolitan District Council Project Completion: 2010 Contract Value: £-,---,--- BDA are one of three Architects working with Asset Management on the Bradford Framework agreement to deliver planning permission for many contentious sites in the region. BDA worked closely with ARUP’s to obtain planning permission on the 12 acre site at Wyke for a mix of high quality C3 residential units in response to the Bradford RUDP designation which implies a bias of use towards Phase 1 housing sites. The former brownfield site in Wyke sought planning permission for over 20 years and finally received approval for 102 dwellings in 2010.
