With Revit 3D BIM (building information modeling), the company now generate computer aided images to satisfy Client’s aspirations in terms of understanding and marketing.
	Tony Lupton - Managing Director Experience Anthony has over 25 years of experience working in different areas of the architectural industry. Prior to forming Beckwith Design Associates Ltd, Anthony worked for 12 years for Wm Morrison’s Supermarkets Plc project managing and designing supermarket developments. Previous to this Anthony designed warehouse and showroom buildings for Magnet Joinery. Since forming Beckwith Design Associates Ltd in October 2000 Anthony has been involved in designing significant residential, commercial and retail schemes. Anthony is involved in all phases of the Design Process from conception to completion. His role includes all aspects of design, including consultation with Clients, negotiations with Local Authority Departments and co-ordination of sub-contract designers etc. Anthony’s previous experience in a wide range of projects allows him to provide the team with relevant design related advice and guidance, in order that all parties receive the best possible results from the projects.
	Andy Barlow - Director Experience Andrew has over 20 years of experience working in different areas of the architectural industry. Prior to joining Beckwith Design Associates Ltd, Andrew worked in private practices; William Gower & Caddick Construction, and prior to this had spent over twelve years working for Wm Morrison Supermarkets as a Building Surveyor. Andrew is a key member of the company. His passion for the job and methods of coordination and leadership for the projects on which he works, breeds enthusiasm throughout the team. Andrews’ necessity for perfection and his wide knowledge of building regulations and technology within the construction industry ensures that BDA provide the correct information to the correct deadline.
	Sue Lupton - Financial Director Experience Sue formed Beckwith Design with Anthony as Managing Director 10 years ago. As the company has gone from strength to strength Sue has been responsible for agreeing the acquisition of Beckwith’s office and acquiring finance for Beckwith Properties own development arm. Sue is a valued member of the team keeping a tight reign on the group’s finances ensuring funds are available for any future expansion plans and the day to day running of our business.
	Richard Paynter - Director Experience Richard joined Beckwith Design in 2005 as an associate to deliver phases 2 and 3 of the Victoria Mills Residential Development in Shipley. His roles include key responsibilities for build quality, resourcing and programming of all projects. With over 20 years experience at 4 major architects in Leeds Richard’s technical expertise is diverse in commercial, residential, retail, leisure, health and industrial sectors.
	James Boyes - Associate Experience James has over 20 years of experience working in different areas of the architectural industry. Prior to joining Beckwith Design Associates Ltd, James worked for 6 years for a major construction company as a senior project designer and CDM planning supervisor. This role involved working on numerous projects including Medical centres, offices, retail, industrial and M.O.D works. Previous to this James was employed by an architectural practice in Bradford for 13 years where he worked on a wide range of varied projects. As an experienced member of the Design Team James is involved in all phases of the Design Process from conception to completion. His role includes all aspects of design, including consultation with Clients negotiations with Local Authority Departments and co-ordination of sub-contract designs etc.
	Mathew Wright - Architect Experience Initially working at SMC Gower Mathew joined Beckwith Design in 2007. As Beckwith’s lead designer he has a proven ability to ensure projected architectural designs are functional, safe and economical to meet the needs of our clients. With an in depth knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM (business information modelling) Mathew provides clients with practical 3d designs from conception. Mathew’s track record speaks for it’s self obtaining planning permission for a number of major projects in the Bradford area such as Midland Mills (320 apartments), High Point (90 bed hotel) and Shirley Manor (110 residential units for BMDC).
	Gustav Brown - Senior Architectural Technologist Experience Gustav joined Beckwith design in 2006 as a senior architectural technologist. With previous experience at SMC Gower architects detailing B1 office Units / Industrial units and Morrison supermarkets, Gustav has proven is an important asset to our company delivering varied schemes such as our BMW Showroom, Tesco Express, Pakeezah Supermarket and multi award winning Victoria Mills residential complex in Shipley.
	Ian Lockyer - Interior Designer Experience As a technically bias company Beckwith Design sought to appoint staff who could provide the business with design flair for their fit out and refurbishment contracts. With over 15 years experience designing displays for museums and exhibition stands Ian was appointed. Ian also provides our clients with 3d visualisations of all projects and is responsible for the practices web design.
