Shirley Manor, Wyke, Bradford receives planning approval from Bradford Council |

BDA are one of three Architects working with Asset Management on the Bradford Framework agreement to deliver planning permission for many sites in the region.
BDA worked closely with ARUP’s to obtain planning permission on the 12 acre site at Wyke for a mix of high quality C3 residential units in response to the Bradford RUDP designation which implies a bias of use towards Phase 1 housing sites.
The former brownfield site in Wyke sought planning permission for over 20 years and finally received approval for 102 dwellings in 2010.

In 2010 BDA were commissioned to design the new Pakeezah Supermarket, Ingleby Road.
The scheme, a refurbishment and extension of former retail units, includes a bespoke fresh meat and ‘Food-to-go’ department with associated café.
The store benefits from a well equipped commercial kitchen, and the latest technology in terms of extraction and ventilation. State of the art refrigeration has been installed throughout.
BDA reflected the Pakeezah brand throughout the design, both the Client and the public deem the project a great success. |

BMW Motorcycle Showroom for Allan Jefferies open's |

Eight times “TT” motorbike world champion Tony Jefferies appointed BDA to design a new BMW showroom and state of the art maintenance workshop
meeting BMWs expected high standards. The scheme was delivered two weeks early and on budget in time for the August registration opening.
The showroom took record orders in the first 3 months of trading and is the largest BMW bike showroom in the country.
