	Project: Hanson School, Bradford Client: Educo Project Completion: 2010 Contract Value: £200,000 In 2010 BDA were commissioned by a contractor, working on this multi-million pound development, to assist in detailing the external envelope of the structure to meet the stringent regulations for new schools on the Bradford Framework programme. The details were submitted to the Project Architects (BDP) for inclusion within the ‘as-built’ drawings. Educo appointed BDA direct to generate over two hundred room plans & elevations, coordinate the information with various sub-contractors / consultants, and issue on a tight deadline to facilitate contractors through the final period of construction. BDA provided detailed designs for the gymnasium, sports hall and associated changing rooms, for the refurbishment part of the project. Finally BDA carried out compliance checks on site for Educo, whilst assisting in variation orders and other administration roles.
