	Project: Colonial Buildings, Bradford Client: LCD Yorkshire Project Completion: 2005 Contract Value: £5,000,000 In 2004 Beckwith Design were appointed by LCD Yorkshire to convert the Grade 2 listed Colonial Buildings into luxury apartments. The development was installed with an early warning leak detection system throughout to prevent all apartments from water damage during times of vacancy and won West Yorkshire’s Built in Quality award for 2005.
